I ship this two.

I have to say, this is the quickest year I've been through. Time clearly doesn't intend to slow down even a bit. Ugh..
And I didn't get tired of wishing my resolution for next year will be accomplished. #fingerscrossed #universepleasehearme #pleasedontgettiredofme

Lesson learned :
I got this from a lot of sources. For all this time I've been ignorant about my surroundings, too hot-headed on my principles. The truth is, no matter how hard you try to avoid people, you can't live without other person. Not just one, but enormous amount of people. I've also come to the conclusion that either the result is good or bad, we just have to accept it, cause that what's life is. Ups and downs. If you expecting life's to be flat and keep in your comfort zone, that's your choice.

Like when I got this quote from a friend, "If the love you're on making you feel uneasy, leave it. Love supposed to make you happy". I completely disagree with this.

Just like the movie Collateral Beauty, the hate, the anger, the happiness, all of that is love itself. You can't expect love to be just happy, then what's the point of the vow like, "I'll stand by you through good times and bad times?" What happens when your spouse or your lover got severe illness and need you most, you'll leave them? What if it were your family member? You'll abandoned them? Now, I lose my faith in humanity. Seriously, people really need to stop making and posting uneducated quote.

This is valid for other things, when you expect your family or anything to be the way you want, rethink this again. Nobody is perfect. Nothing is perfect. Just learn more to embrace them the way they are and appreciate their effort to stand by you too. Don't be afraid for the outcome, at least you've tried your best and whatever happens will shape you better.

Like I always say, YOLO. Make sure you live your life most meaningful as can be, not only for yourself but also for others. Cause life is best when it shared :)

As Good As It Gets (1997)

Surprisingly fun loh, terlepas dari kesan Jack yang meany, this is one of the best Romantic Comedy ever. Ceritanya beda dari yang lain. Kalau biasanya main actor nya so charming, this is not what you're thinking. Semua tokoh pendukungnya juga put a great addition to the film itself.












The Hills Have Eyes (2006)

Aduh aduh.. Awalnya uda bikin stress banget, sama sekali ga demen film nyiksa gini. Better film setan daripada manusia macam gini, human is a lot more evil. Bikin gemes sih nontonnya, gregetan. Means it's a success? Btw dari judulnya, ada unsur iluminati ya, kalung yang dipakai aktornya pun star of David. Does this means Jewish is iluminati?











The Night Before (2015)

The same question goes for this movie, is Jewish Iluminati? Star of David itu kan sering dipakai di film2 setan or ritual macam gitu. Makes me wonder.. This movie is fun, makes you wanna get highhh..

Horor nya cheesy dan twisted ending nya maksa I think. Ceritanya tentang cewek baru dapat kerja jadi security malam bangunan tua, kerjanya cuma sama satu cowok berkursi roda and you know next.

Poltergeist (1982)
Epic! Jempol buat Stephen Spielberg. Banyak scene keren yang juara banget untuk ukuran film horor di jamannya. Film ini rasanya kayak Conjuring 1.

Selfless (2015)
Jarang banget ngeliat Ryan Reynolds maen film serius. Quite a sight. Ala-ala Bourne Identity gitu deh. Ceritanya orang tua kaya pindah ke badan anak muda gitu trus hepi-hepi until..

Lady In The Water (2006)
Awalnya pikir ini horor, ternyata fairytale kind of fantasy gitu. At some scene, rasanya hangat bikin pengen nangis. Ga nyangka Paul Giamatti mau main film begini.

Interview with The Vampire (1994)
Yaowo ini film mahal bet kayaknya. Ada Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Kirsten Dunst, Christian Slater, Antonio Banderas, Thandie Newton. Paling salut sama aktingnya Kirsten Dunst, disini dia masih kecil tapi bawain karakter dewasa sekali, salutttt.. This movie kinda gay-ish dan vulgar. Banyak sensornya di HBO.

Horror Stories 2 (2013)
Hmm.. ini horor tapi di komediin gitu, mau takut tapi aktornya ngelawak mulu. Jadi bingung. Ada beberapa cerita horor gitu jadi satu film. Salah satunya ada ritual lift yang kasusnya Elisa Lam itu loh. Jadi asal ritualnya dari Korea ya. Ada-ada aja. Banyak aktor muda terkenal juga disini.

Everything is Illuminated (2005)
Sesuai namanya, fix ini film iluminati. Penasaran?

Cooties (2014)
Koq Elijah Wood maen film ecek-ecek konyol gini. Ceritanya anak-anak di sekolah jadi zombie gitu trus guru-gurunya yang eror-eror pada kecepirit.

Twelve Monkeys (1995)
Wow. Ternyata dari dulu uda ada film keren gini. Ala-ala Looper gitu ceritanya but this is much more complicated.

Carriers (2009)
Banyak pelajaran yang bisa diambil dari film ini. Ceritanya apocalyptic virus gitu deh biasa but more into the moral of humanity nya.

Krampus (2015)
Cruel. Ini nakutin anak-anak woy. Christmas and Santa Claus supposed to be merry. But this movie ruined it. Sumpah kejem, ngancurin Christmas image.

The Diabolical (2015)
Ah kesel sama film ga berdaya gini, apalagi sama endingnya. It's kinda different from usual horror movie though. Ceritanya emak, anak 2 tinggal dirumah haunted gitu tapi ga bisa keluar dari tuh rumah. Kesel kan.

Hecksaw Ridge (2016)
Gue nahanin nangis nonton ini. True story bok. Gila banget orang itu sama beliefnya. Setuju sama Mel Gibson, dunia perlu tau sosok orang ini and learn from him. Not every matter needs gun, even war.

Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them (2016)
Thank you JK Rowling for this movie. Akhirnya HarPot lovers bisa melepas rindu for the wizarding world. Apalagi ada Eddie Redmayne, bikin semuanya makin indah. Aktingnya gila banget, matanya memancarkan kasih sayang sama hewan-hewan yang sebenarnya ga ada. Ga heran dia menang Oscar, easier than om Leo hehe.. Uda sering liat Eddie di film lain tapi entah kenapa baru kali ini kesemsem sama dia hahaha..

Freaks of Nature (2015)
Vampire, Zombie, Aliens, Werewolf jadi satu. Plotnya ketebak banget sih. Vanessa Hudgens lama-lama perannya selalu ga beres deh.

Tooth of Wisdom.

It's end of November and I'm tortured.

I just had my bottom wisdom tooth repealed and believe me, it was hell. I never felt anything as painful as this in my whole life. When the operation took place, I didn't feel anything, of course, I'm numb. Not even a single sting I felt though my blood went all over the place, even my shirt. Wait 2-3 hours after the numb has gone, WELCOME TO HELL. It felt like you've been cut or burn alive, it hurts all over your body and nothing you can do! I just wished someone knocked me out at that time then collapsed would be great, but that's just a silly wish. I took the first painkiller and it didn't work! I went crazy! Then I took the second painkiller, still didn't work! I wish I'd just die at that time. My body just can't handle the pain. It made me so agitated and can't sit still. Unbelievably, I didn't cry at all with that pain. I think it's about 3 hours later after I took the first painkiller then it started to work. I started to calm down and not so agitated. Fortunately I can sleep well that night, thanks to the painkillers.

Not to mention my swelling face, it turned my face into a box shape. I can't eat normally since I can't open my mouth more than 1cm. I can't even laugh! Wisdom tooth supposed to come in when a person is in their late teens or early twenties. I wonder why I'm having them so late in this age. I can't believe I'd have gone through this again with my upper wisdom tooth in the next 2-3 months. I also wonder why it is called wisdom tooth. Is it suppose to make us gain more wisdom from its pain?

As the saying goes by Meggy Z, "lebih baik sakit gigi, daripada sakit hati", THIS IS SOOO WRONG!!

Pada tau or datang ga pas Lalala Fest di Cikole Bandung kemarin?
Oke, buat yang gatau, this is a super cool festival held in Indonesia with super cool concept! Kalau di luar ya mungkin mirip-mirip Coachella gitu deh. This is the first time I've heard of this kind of festival held in Indonesia and I super adore it!  They took place in an outdoor space in Bandung, if you don't know, it's the venue where Andine got married. It was super cozy and romantic with all the lights and trees and cool weather with the perfect music! Kebayang donk?? Imagine they had MYMP, Maliq and the essentials, Kodaline, Payung Teduh, Teza Sumandra and many more. Gila deh, gokil pokoknya pengisi acaranya. A perfect place to get high, literally :) I choose Lalala Fest over DWP for sure!

Speaking of blues, jazzy, and easy listening kind of music, here are some young and talented musicians that I recently love to hear. Everytime I hear them, it feels like I'm flying (no need drugs or weed) HAHA.. You should know and try listen to their musics. Tell me if you love them too :)

Movie review kali ini maafin ya ga pasang poster film, saking kebanyakan film nya hehe.. Sepertinya rekor nonton banyak gini sebulan :)

Shawshank Redemption (1994)
Oke ini legend, pertama x denger dari Jongkook Running Man nyebut film ini trus jadi penasaran dan bagus bangetttt donkk.. Aku terharu di scene ending nya hiks.

The Shining (1980)
Penasarannn parahh sama film legend ini, ternyata ga ada apa-apanya ( I mean ga ada horor-horornya), tapi suka sama mood nya pas. Lebih penasaran sama the fact about the movie, the kid in the movie and the infamous director. Interesting.

House of 1000 corpses (2003)
Ah ilah ini pelem.. males.. cuma gory doank isinya. sama orang gila. udah.

Hemingway & Gellhorn (2012)
Ga bisa brenti nonton ini, dinarasikan dengan menarik sekali, ga bosen sama sekali. Rasanya kayak nonton Discovery Channel gitu tapi lebih menarik karna tante Nicole hehe.. Di luar negri writer dihargain sekali ya.. pingin..

No Country For Old Men (2007)
Yaowoo.. awalnya ga ngenalin, ternyata itu Javier Bardem, si ganteng di Eat Pray Love, dan disini ancur banget karakter nya hahaha.. Salut ama aktingnya om Bardem deh :) walaupun rasanya pernah liat film dengan premis yang sama tapi lupa. Harusnya judul film ini Free Country for Psycho Killer.

Beyond The Boundary (2013)
Suka sama gambarnya yang bagus, terutama main character nya super kawaii gitu. Overall anime ini punya semua unsur yang gue suka dari anime : Face, Romance, Adventure. Endingnya ngeselin sangat tapi.

About Alex (2014)
Jujur awalnya gatau nih film mau dibawa kemana. Ga bisa nebak. But when it closer to the ending, rasanya hangat. Pertemanan mereka quirky tapi hangat.

Fools Rush In (1997)
Salma Hayek koq muka muda sama tua ga ada bedanya haha.. Cobalah kalian nonton Everly (2014), dijamin stress hwhw..

Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children (2016)
Based on best seller book.. Buku fiktif sekarang keren-keren ceritanya. Jangan dibikin sekuel aja. Film anak tapi agak horor gitu, terutama si kembar.

Crimson Peak (2015)
Tipikal Guillermo del Toro gitu deh, blood everywhere but I survived hehe.. ketebak sih alurnya tapi okelah. Hebat orang belakang layarnya ini mah.

Pawn Sacrifice (2014)
Aktingnya Tobey gila banget euy. Based on true story, kasian mamanya Bobby :(

Meet The Wangs (2014)
Bloody hilarious! The story is about Chinese neighbor invasion which all true haha.. dan ini film pake bahasa Jerman coyy.. Keren banget lah si China.

One True Thing (1998)
Akh, I watched this without knowing it's a sad movie. Damn damn damn.. Anyway, tuh kan disini Renee masih langsing cakep gituu.. Ps. Always love your mommy guys :)

The Borrower Arriety (2010)
Langsung inget film The Borrower (1997) jaman gue kecil dulu hehe.. dan memang ternyata terinspirasi dari novel yang sama.

The Gallows (2015)
Jadi ceritanya lagi memberanikan diri nonton horor sendirian terus dari kemaren, trus resenya juga karna bulan Halloween jadi horor semua tuh di TV tapi ternyata I still can handle this one hehe (lebih horor bikin skripsi). Apa karna di TV ga nampol? hmm..

Bridget Jones's Diary (2001) & Bridget Jones : Edge of Reason (2004)

I know it's old but it's gold! Ya ampun Renee semok banget di 2 film ini. Waktu film Jerry Maguire (1998) sama Tom Cruise rasanya langsing deh. Anyway, the movies are like any other romantic comedy in general but they're certainly cute. Acting Renee keren banget bisa bangun karakter Bridget yang clumsy stupidly innocent gitu, kadang bikin gregetan ngeliatnya. Colin and Hugh juga super charming disini. Emesh. I love and super love the soundtrack of both movies. Just like Guardians of The Galaxy's vol. 1 & 2, they were gems! They have great list of songs like Jamie Cullum, Minnie Ripperton, Amy Winehouse, Robbie Williams and many more! I want their CDs for sure! Ga heran kalau film nya melegenda banget, ga kalah dari film komedi romantis jaman sekarang (in fact, komedi romantis dulu lebih bagus-bagus, yang setuju angkat tangan!).

Okay, setelah kemarin menggebu-gebu sama W-Two Worlds yang ternyata berakhir agak mengecewakan (sudah mulai muak dari episode 8/9 dan seterusnya karna plot twist nya terasa dipaksain dan cuma muter-muter aja, bikin jenuh, terutama endingnya ARGH), sekarang kita beralih ke drama HIT terbaru bulan ini hehe..

Scarlet Heart : Ryeo

Yaowo mak jang, boleh gak KangHaNeul buat aye aja hehe..
Oke, fokus Mery. Jadi, drama ini diadaptasi dari chinese drama dengan judul sama (pemain yang gue kenal cuma Nicky Wu) dan dari yang gue baca di google, jalan ceritanya KEREN SUMPAH (walau ngenes hiks). Tau donk, model-model drama chinese jadul kayak Kabut Cinta, Green Green Grass By The River dulu tuh.. Ngenes kan?? Oke, ini lebih ngenes lagi guys hahaha.. Ceritanya ada satu gadis ini yang tetiba nyasar dari masa sekarang ke jaman kerajaan dulu trus ketemu 7 pangeran gitu. Konflik dan intrik kemudian banyak timbul gitu deh seiring si gadis trying to fit in. Yang pasti kalo gue yang jadi pengarang ceritanya sih, ga bakal kepikiran bikin jalan cerita semiris itu ya, ga akan setega itu. Dannnn.. memikirkan kalau drama ini akan berakhir seperti versi Chinese nya, hati aye hancur sehancur-hancurnya huhu.. Tapi, so far sih enjoy banget ya, terutama karna cast-castnya. Apalagi IU yang uda gue suka banget dari jamannya Dream High, trus ada HaNeul juga kan yang uda jadi yayangnya Mery dari dulu HUAHUA #mimpi, jadi makin betah deh nontonnya. Boleh gak sih endingnya ga usa disamain ama versi aslinya hiks.. #teamWangWok


Jealousy Incarnate

Drama ini lucunya sih parah, ga ada obat. Ceritanya si cowok ternyata mengidap kanker payudara dan cuma si cewek yang tau. Trus mereka jadi cinta segitiga juga gitu sama sahabat si cowok. Ukh, selalu deh ya, ada orang ketiga dan keempat di drama Korea. Why can't they just play the game of two?? Harus banget kah main cast nya selalu bahagia diatas sakit hati yang lain? Anyway, so far drama ini ga terlalu menye-menye melow sih, more realistic and funny indeed :)


Conclusion, good movie supported with good musics. Kekurangan drama W adalah soundtracknya yang minim. Untuk Scarlet Heart dan Jealousy Incarnate, both have awesome soundtrack! Definitely +++ points!
Dan ternyata Bridget Jones ke-3 mau tayang donk bentar lagi. Nyadar pas liat video klip lagu Ellie Goulding yang still falling for you hoho.. Yuk lah ditonton sembari nostalgia :)

The Kids are alright (2010)

Eh ya ampun, abis nonton film ini, tiap kali ngeliat Julianne Moore langsung ingetnya dia di film ini hiks.. iya, sekuat itu karakternya nempel di Julianne Moore. Ga usa ditanya lagi, akting semua pemain nya keren bingo. It's about a gay family. Perasaan campur aduk sih nonton film ini, satu sisi pro normal, satu sisi kasian sama yang menyimpang.. Ga tau deh gimana perasaan kalo gue jadi anaknya.

Akh.. This is not my type of movie. I didn't enjoy it at all. I don't understand their feelings. The story is about a recruitment ad for time traveler. Agak penasaran di ending nya aja sih.

Kenapa Shakespeare hobi banget bikin cerita ngenes bodoh yang selalu serupa gitu ya. Masa cowo bikin taruhan supaya cowo laen nyobain cewe nyaa.. ZZ.. ga ngerti dah otaknya dimana. Yang lebih parah sih, kalimat-kalimat super-gombal-alay nya yang selalu ada dan bikin ga tahan UGH jijik gitu deh dengernya. Di film ini banyak banget simbol-simbol semiotik yang gue ga ngerti artinya, hampir di tiap scene ada. Mungkin illuminati HAHAHA.

Hmm.. sedih ya ngelihat oppa InSung dan Noona JiHyo maen film adegan esek-esek. Image gue akan mereka langsung hancur seketika. The movie is about a gay king. Dari segi film nya, I'm not too hooked up with it. Menurut gue, mood dalam film ini kurang pas sama cerita nya yang dark. Jadi kurang nendang gitu emosinya. Akting Joo JinMo keren disini, walau gue ga pernah lihat dia sebelumnya. Official movie poster nya ga banget sih, not represent the essence of the movie. Kalau diperhatiin, film ini setipe sama film Curse of The Golden Flower which has the same historical setting and dark story. Tapi dark mood nya lebih berasa di Curse of The Golden Flower, dari segi art visual, kostum dan musiknya juga jauh lebih oke menurut gue.

Wack! This movie is bloody genius! Standing ovation to the story & script writer! Hanya dengan 1 setting latar dan waktu, si penulis bisa membuat film ini sangat entertaining buat gue. Dibuat penasaran dan bertanya-tanya terus dari awal sampe akhir. Tense yang dibangun perlahan dari awal sampe akhir pun needs a great writing skill, klimaksnya nendang banget. Ga sia-sia dah begadang tiap malem tetibaan ketemu film ini HUAHUA.. Lesson you can take from the movie : Don't ever hurt anyone from your past, dude! If you did, make sure you're not meeting them in the future lol.

Well.. sebenarnya mau keep 'em private and buat konsumsi pribadi aja (posting this need a lottttt of courage y'knowww) tapi ga tahan pengen curhat gitu hehe..

Jadi berawal dari proyek kampus jadi kepengen belajar bikin dan edit video sendiri gitu. The thing is, more hobby and creativity needs more effort. Butuh better camera and better edit platforms juga. Laptop ga ada yang memungkinkan untuk install better apps for editing karna spec nya ga compatible. Bahkan memory terancam full dan ga bisa edit sama sekali :( ottokeee..

Trus trus disuruh cece cobain Smule, katanya asik juga buat karaoke sendiri dan bisa improve your singing juga. Awalnya mikir, ah males lah kebanyakan socmed ga penting (jijik juga kan dengerin suara sendiri rasanya gimana gituhh). Tapi ya namanya Mery kan orangnya penasaran dan selalu pengen tau dan coba sesuatu yang baru gitu loh, jadi ya install trus setelah nyoba untuk pertama kalinya langsung ketagihan hahaha.. Sekarang lagi di jalan aja pengennya Smule-an terus xixixi.. Susahnya adalah cari ruangan kedap suara biar ga kedengeran orang laen gitu hehe (malu-maluin). Masa pas tengah malem or sebelum tidur pengen nyanyi trus kedengeran tetangga dan ganggu dia kan lucu hiks..

Sooo.. buat kalian semua yang punya hobby sama, monggo dijajal platform-platform ntu buat menyalurkan hasrat terpendam kalian huahuahuahua..

Spirited Away (2001)

Hayao Miyazaki + Ghibli turns out ga pernah ngecewain. Dari awal pace nya uda bagus banget, on point. No Face nya juara, ga heran karakter ini terkenal sejagad raya. Plot nya pernah mirip gue temuin di komik horor. Bagusnya sih ini ga horor dan ending nya not bad. Sepertinya Jepang punya something towards tunnel. Buat yang muslim sepertinya film ini ga halal hehehe..

Grave of The Fireflies (1988)

Ini adalah salah satu jenis film yang ketika lu mau tidur masih kepikiran. Yap, sedalem itu. Plot nya dari awal udah dibocorin tapi film ini berhasil banget bangun emosi penonton nya dari awal sampai akhir dan itu yang ditekankan, emosi dan perasaan. If you don't have them, you just might think this movie is boring. Salutnya Jepang adalah they always bring a piece of history and culture in their movie and war is indeed scary guys.

Hotarubi no Mori e (2011)

Kentang abis film nya, cuma berdurasikan 45 menit. Ibarat makan ga kenyang gitu. Ga ngerti maksudnya emang short movie atau apa. Tapi ini berasanya jadi kayak cuma baca komik yang isinya cerita pendek gitu. Tapi film ini lumayan terkenal ya, I've seen a glimpse of the scene somewhere gitu di TV or Youtube. Fix lah emang Jepang banyak setan kayaknya hahaha..

From Up on Poppy Hill (2011)

Well, semenjak film Oldboy, gue jadi punya this prejudice where this movie (actually almost every movie) might end up having "incest" thing between the main protagonist. Believe me guys, incest is creeping me out. It's a nightmare. Dan gue agak ga ngerti kenapa penulis story film ini memilih plotnya gitu haha (walau akhirnya bukan).. Kan bisa aja dibumbuin yang lain asal bukan incest. Lagu di film ini mirip lagu-lagu nya Mamerico which is somehow soothing. Setuju juga sama quote di film ini, "Destory the old and you destroy the memory of the past. Don't you care about the people who lived and died before us? There is no future for the people who worship the future and forget the past". Believe me guys, negara yang hebat itu adalah negara yang menghormati sejarah mereka. Itulah yang membedakan negara maju dan tidak.

The Garden of Words (2013)

Another 45 minutes movie. Dan lagi-lagi kentang. Kenapa orang Jepang suka banget bikin film ending nya kentang gitu. Kayak ga rela amat kalo kisahnya dituntasin. Kesannya kayak mau dibikin sequel atau apa gitu. Film ini cantik sekali sih, from every aspect. Actually, I don't oppose teacher&student or age gap relationship as long as the feeling is pure of love (not pedophile or maniac kinda thing). I believe (and want to believe!) that every human-being deserves and suppose to have someone in their live to share life with, no matter their age, background or anything (once again, as long as it's not incest!). I kinda hated if the movie ends with the protagonist living alone.

Iri banget sama ceritanya.. Ada gitu ya hidupnya berjalan lancar bener semuanya, dari passion sampe love life. Komik banget bwekh.. Kinda wasted my 1h50m time..

Movie of The Month #July2016

Mr Holmes (2015)

Sedih banget ngeliat orang tua berjuang hidup sendiri. It's painfully upsetting. Untungnya sampe ending ga ada adegan dia meninggal or I'll feel devastated. This movie further emphasizes my fear of being forgetful in my oldies. It scares the crap out of me. This is the reason why I keep on blogging, storaging all my photos or videos, or anything that would help me keeping all the memories with me which I knew someday it'll help me a lot. Ga usah nunggu tua aja, waktu beberapa tahun lalu sempet ketemu orang yang nyapa gue dan gue lupa dia siapa. Sumpah beneran lupa. Ga enak banget sama itu orang yang uda manggil dan nyapa gue but I don't remember her at all. Rasanya kayak lost gitu. Gimana nanti kalau gue bahkan ga inget diri gue sendiri siapa T.T amit2 yaowo. Film ini juga memunculkan pro dan kontra di benak gue. Terkadang orang selalu melakukan hal based on norma yang ada which kadang bertentangan sama nurani kita. Kayak film ini, Mr Holmes told a woman to go back to his husband (which a person with norm would do) while his heart says to go away with the woman (which will make the woman cheating with him and it's contradict with norm). Dan hasil dari tindakan bernorma dia itu malah bikin dia dan si wanita ga bahagia, even worse. And he regret that for the rest of his life. Mungkin mirip sama LGBT, yang uda tau kodratnya salah tapi mereka tetep lakuin karna they follow what they heart said. This reminds me of a conversation with Frans (btw conversation macam gini emang cuma bisa sama si melankolis plegmatis haha). Terkadang hidup memang serba salah, people always say to "follow your heart" but in the end they curse us for what we do. People keep saying "be yourself" but in the end they dislike us for being our trueself. Plot film nya sendiri sangat bikin penasaran. Iya donk, film detektif macam gini memang paling gue suka karna selalu berhasil bikin penasaran, mikir-mikir dan menduga-duga of the possible plot. This movie successfully gave me no clue of its plot. Not only that, film ini juga berhasil played my emotion which is another plus. And it's a happy ending, just perfect. I bet some people will say this movie is boring or dull though.


W - Two Worlds (2016)

Well, ini drama seri Korea dan masih on going tapiiiii.. gillaaa dari episode 1 aja uda bikin penasaran parahhh. Ceritanya beda banget sama drama Korea lainnya. Descendants of The Sun (yang katanya merajai rating) ga ada apa-apa nya dibanding ini dari segi cerita sumpah hahaha.. Terakhir baru sampe episode 4 dan masih bikin penasaran parahh. Ga sabar banget nungguin episode lanjut nya tiap Kamis-Jumat. Gue ga pernah segila ini sama film seri dan sampe setia nungguin tiap minggu nya selain Game of Thrones. Itu aja ketinggalan episode 7 trus pasrah haha.. Kalau ini gak bisa, ketinggalan dikit aja pas ke WC or apa, gue bakal nonton lagi di streaming hehe.. segitunya ya. Kita lihat aja kelanjutannya apakah film seri ini masih tetep bakal memenuhi ekspetasi gue apa ga. Btw, Han Hyo Joo cakep banget disini sampe ga gue kenalin, yang pasti sih bikin pengen punya see through bangs banget hehe.. Ceritanya berkisar tentang orang keluar masuk webtoon, ga masuk akal sih tapi tetep bikin penasaran bingo. Di Korea emang lagi hits banget webtoon, tapi di Indo biasa aja kayaknya. Hebohan Pokemon Go ckck..

The Reason Why I.. #2

HATE ACTION MOVIE.

In this post I mean JASON BOURNE that is now playing on cinema.

I NEVER watched the whole franchise of Bourne although they were often being played on HBO, but I know the highlight story. It's about someone's being fraud and get fake identity and can't go back to his real one.

So, one day my sis said Bourne movie is different. It's a kind of brilliant and intelligent action movie. She watched all the franchise movie of Bourne. Hearing that I thought, oh well, probably it similar with Dark Knight and I might like it.

Without any further argumentation, I decided to watched it. The first 30 minutes turn me off. I already knew that Julia Stiles will die (since she's not in the movie poster), so the chasing scene really didn't interest me at all. I was really sleepy that day since I haven't had any sleep for a day and I was all day out so I got really tired. I closed my eyes for a bit (trying to save energy for my eyes) on the chasing scene since I don't care about how Julie Stiles will die. The next thing I knew that I was asleep for about 20 minutes (for God' sake, this is a new record. I never sleep in the middle of a movie in a cinema in my whole life). At some part, I was awaken by sound of explosion then I got the energy to watched the rest of the movie which still not catched my interest. The rest of the story was way too easy to predict. I didn't even feel tense at all.

See the point? That's why I don't like plain action movie. The story plot is too easy to see. The protagonist will win and the bad guy will die. End of story. They only enhance the action and blow up scene part. Nothing more.

It's different with another type of action movie like Fast and Furious which I watched. There are lots to see. The casts, the cars, the awesome songs, the sexy girls, etc. I watched them for fun. I didn't expect much from the story. It also different for action hero movies. I love Marvel and they have more than just action. It's fun and entertaining.

But Bourne.. I didn't have any interest in the casts or anything. So, if the story didn't help, then I have no interest in watching it either. It's just the same with The Expendables action movie. The movie has nothing in it I would interested in.

Loveliesssss..
Here I'm back with something randomly came up at night when I can't sleep. As usual.

Introvert
People who knows me, will definitely agree that I'm an introvert kind of person. I use to not share anything personal like my life plan, my thought, my relationship or anything I don't feel like sharing it to anyone. The reason might came from a lot of things.

First, I do have this kind of ginx or perception that if I tell my plans or wishes to anyone then it won't came true. Silly, indeed.

Second, I might feel not comfortable enough to tell those things to the person I'm talking to. Or more likely, I'm scared. Scared of the image they made in their mind about me. I use to say I don't care about what people think of me. Honestly, I'm a bit scared. Or simply, I don't think other people or that person is concern enough to hear my stories. You know, in the end, people only loves talking about themselves. There's no point of telling more about us that don't interest them.

Third, I don't trust them. You know I have a HUGEE trust issue, remember? I feel insecure of people knowing my deepest things and their opinion about it. I can't handle it sometimes. I'm afraid they will tell others about me which I think it's not for everyone to know. Even my mom, she will definitely tell others when I don't want others to know. That's why I'm not close to my mom and yeah, she thinks I'm an introvert child.

The point is.. I'm scared when I'm failed or things don't go the way I want, people will talk about me, about my failure, which I was so eagerly told them at first.

As a matter of fact, I do have several people I can share personal things with, but it requires more than seven years of friendship :D

I remember my sis ever said this to me once. "What's the point of blogging? what's the point of telling people what you thought or how you felt? Wouldn't it be uninteresting if people knows how you think or felt?"

Now I'm confused..

Unexpectedly yummy and cheap than Jakarta as well!

Lempah is the famous dish here, either it's a Lempah nanas or Lempah something. I know the dish from my dad, he used to cook it once in awhile. Not my favorite though. You can find it almost at any restaurant. We didn't order it since it's a heavy meal and we can't eat much hehe.. The otak-otak and pempek here are the champ!

Almost forgot, roasted pork meat here is famous and also a great choice for a snack. You can also packed it and take it home. I personally prefer the ones in Jakarta though.

No wonder my dad has a great taste and cooked well! Sometimes he even told the recipes to my mom. There're lots of foods I still wanna try here. Maybe next time!

Finally Touchdown! @Bangka Island

My dad was born in Bangka but you know, I know nothing about it and never been there. We didn't have any relatives left there anymore. Last year, finally I'm able to see the place where my dad grew up for the first time :)

The view along the road really looks like African Safari Desert

Beaches are prettier in Belitung but the food in Bangka is the winner!
They have more variety of food here. Bangka city is also more crowded and advanced than Belitung.


Your hometown surely is a beautiful place dad :)
