Another date on another place

It's my 300th post! Woohoo! I've been littering here for like.. Tons! Haha.. exaggerating me.

I present it for our ladies day out! It's been a long long time since i post about our day out. Well because this time we manage to have a full day out and got a lot of good pictures, so here it is.

I chose all of the places we're going to and i picked The Belly Clan for our first place to have lunch because it's in the same place with my campus. Shiela even willing to empty her stomach for this one. After a bit lost to find U-turn, we finally managed to get there. It's quite deserted at first, probably because it was after lunch time and weekend. They're usually crowded on weekday i bet since it's located on office complex. I managed to taste all of our order which all taste great but still deeply in love with my own Angus Beef Confit. I love its homemade noodle Aglio Olio so much! It tasted just like chinese noodle i used to have and the Angus Beef was served well done! Love it! 

Even the Thai Pesto that my friend ordered was good. I don't usually like pesto but this place able to make me feel the opposite. Good Job! I know they had the remarkable dessert and i ordered it but it quite disappointing because the rainbow was all about cheese cake which i don't like! I'm definitely going back for more desserts tasting here (i got curious with the red velvet brownies) and of course the confit!

Next, we're going to had some drinks for chit chat and because it's afternoon, of course it's tea time! I've always been a fan of tea and TWG Tea has always been my destination in Singapore. I even have this silly wish for them opening a Tea boutique here in Jakarta. Abracadabra it worked and yeah, so far my favorite taste for TWG Tea is creme caramel. But since we're here, why not trying different taste?

After queuing to be seated for about half an hour, we finally ordered tea in random since we got no clue about the taste of 'em all. For me, i ordered just because of its unique name, First Kiss tea haha.. I love its soft pink color and its normal taste compared to my friends' bitter tea. For the macaroon, i love the Napoleon Tea + Caramel taste. Yeah, you know me. I chose it just because i love caramel. The grand wedding tea macaroon tastes like you're in a grand wedding and having a macaroon haha. The scones were okay. They really should make this place bigger for more people can be seated. Love the place for sure. If they were in an outdoor place, i think it would be more perfect.

My girls haven't try Union which located in the same place with TWG Tea, so we headed there. We got no reservation so of course we've got in the waiting list. For y'all that haven't try this piece of heaven, probably you should. They had the famous and tastes good Red Velvet cake. They not only offer the good place but also the good food. So no wonder if the price were a bit high but believe me it's worth it.

Even the calamari is the best starter from all places i've ever taste!

Bandung.. The end of short stupid game of life lesson.

Haha.. don't concern about the title. Well.. if this blog were not read by anyone, i could probably tell about the meaning of it. Unfortunately it's the opposite. So um.. let's move to the main story.

Here we come finally again at Bandung since my last post on April 2012. It was quite sudden. Hell yeah, only sudden plan that worked out. Luckily this time we didn't go to Kawah putih and Tangkuban Perahu which i already went for about hundred times. Actually this trip was close enough to the type of trip that i want. We're only move from a resto to another resto, just to experience the food and place.

Some new place (i've never been) that we went were Kampung Sampireun. Hail God! It has a lot of tempting food stall (just like floating market) to try! But i uh.. still full for the Naripan noodle i just ate so maybe next time i'll review about it ya! Besides of the food, they also offered some rides for the kids and views for the camwhore haha..

And yeah, next we went for.. i don't know whether it's called lunch or not anymore since it was on 2 or 3pm, Sapu Lidi it was. They had the typical sundanese resto food and place. Mostly we're only playing cards and joking around about pokcoi (it's a plant character in Plant vs Zombie game) after eating just to kill the time. We're so in idleness time! One thing i love about Lembang is the air that we won't had in Jakarta!

Can you believe that the huts across the river were for rent? and usually for honeymooners? I wouldn't want that for mine.

Still don't wanna go home so early, we forced the trip to continued to The Peak because it's just not too far from Sapu Lidi. They offered good food, good ambience and good view (the sekoteng here is very recommended!). But we decided to go back not long after that since most of us were tired already and we lost on our way back for about.. i don't know how many times anymore we got lost in this trip T.T

Guess what?! We got suprised by our place to stay the night which it was our first time visited the villa. It was heavenly heaven. The place is hugeee! It had its own swimming pool! Woohoo! They also had free wifi and towel, each room has its own LCD TV, AC and bathroom, and it's TV cable! On breakfast, we were served breads and jams, chicken balado and capcay! with rice of course. Free drinks too. Not to mention its strategical location, it's at Setiabudi, across Hoka hoka bento and near the famous factory outlet in Bandung, Rumah Mode. Fyi, this place ever been used by Coboy Junior (we took a peek on its guest's comment book) means the place were great right! (i sounded like promoting it a lot)

For every craving-for-pleasure-stomach out there

Uda lama nih ga review food placeee.. Berdasarkan survey sih foto makanan di blog gue berhasil banget naikin rating. Ketahuan banget nih pembacanya pecinta kuliner semua.

Tokyo Tabushi Ramen

Akhir-akhir ini sering banget makan ramen. Nyobain ramen-ramen yang bermunculan semakin banyak. Dan ini salah satunya yang ada di kelapa gading dan menjuluki dirinya sendiri ramen no 1 di Tokyo. Pas berkunjung, memang banyak orang jepang asli sih yang lagi makan. Mungkin memang resto ini seleranya pas orang Jepang. Gue cobain Shouyu Ramen yang terlihat paling ori dan normal, walau waiter nya bilang yang favorit itu Tabushi ramen tapi gue agak ragu ngelihat gambar kuah ramen nya yang merah banget dan ada seafood oil yang menurut gue agak aneh buat ramen.

And yeah after the orders came out, i satisfied with my order. The Tabushi Ramen surely is way too salty. Thank God i stay on my order. The curry ramen is okay, the taste is similar with Indomie Curry taste. I love they also offer bigger noodle for the ramen. The Gyoza & chicken karage are fine. They have Dorayaki Ice Cream for dessert. We ordered ogura ice cream and it turned out well though the dorayaki not too fresh baked. I just hate they played Sabrina music here. I would love to come back here for the ramen again.

Pas masuk kesini yang terasa itu gelap dan suram. Mungkin karena masih baru jadi dekor nya pun seadanya. But i love how they played Japanese song that i know. I can sing them a long. Soal ramen nya, ga terlalu tergoda untuk makan berikutnya karena terasa biasa saja, tidak special. Ramen pake toge itu kayak makan indomie pake toge ya, bikin rasa asli ramennya jadi hilang. Okonomiyaki nya juga standard. Tapi chicken karaage nya donk juara. Rasanya pengen digado terus aja tuh karage.

Andaiiii aja resto ini adanya deket pantai, pasti makin ajib deh suasananya (sayangnya malah di mall). Sesuai dengan namanya, resto ini fokus di makanan laut dan memang tipikal cafe-cafe layaknya Potate Hoad and others yang ada di Seminyak gitu. Dari segi rasa oke lah, not too bad and not too good either. Memang yang dijual itu lebih ke suasana. Their cute pattern of pillows are very inviting and eye-catching. If you guys needed a place to hangout with a touch of beach, you're welcome here. Betenya sambil makan lu akan ditemenin lalat. Serasa makan di warung ya.

Ini resto favorit nya artis Rianti Cartwright buat lunch. As a matter of fact, makanannya bukan favorit gue karena terlalu europian style but still have good taste. Dekornya sangat mendukung tempatnya yang kecil. Fit for lunch place. Varian menunya ga terlalu banyak dan tempatnya agak sempit.

All you can eat place for korean style shabu di Central Park ini hampir mirip sama resto shabu yang lainnya. Though the raw meat are provided by waiter, not your own picked. Mungkin biar ga wasted kalau ambil sendiri suka rakus kan, maunya ambil banyak tapi ga abis. Good point. Well, i still prefer Hay Thien ya so far, belum ada yang bisa ngalahin. Ita-suki aja masih selevel.

Soal marketing dari tempat ini harus gue acungin jempol. Pinter banget ngambil ati orang indo ya. Tau aja marketnya indo yang happening dikit cuma gara-gara temanya gemesin dan lucu langsung ngehits.

Sumpah gue recommend banget ini tempat buat couple yang butuh suasana romantis remang - remang. I love their seats with flower pattern. The food is terrific. Big portion. Mostly for more than two persons.

Gue pecinta ramen, sama halnya dengan gue cinta dimsum. Jadi gue pasti akan hunting ramen mana yang enak, and compare it each and other places. Nemu ini di MOI, tempat na quite spacious tapi sepi pengunjung (ya iya lah di MOI). The taste is not bad tapi mie nya terlalu lodoh ya, mungkin kelamaan rebusnya. Pokoknya kalau kuah ramennya bisa gue abisin, berarti it is fit. Contohnya Ikkudo & Ikkousha yang ga pernah bisa gue abisin kuahnya, terlalu eneq, mungkin kebanyakan mecin or MSG or whatever. Tapi disini bisa gue abisin. Means it's not bad. Hampir mirip sama Jo Ramen sebenarnya, dari segi topping dll.
