General Facts.

1. Tau ga kalau beneran ada penyakit yang disebabkan karena patah hati, and it's called Broken Heart Syndrome (BHS) a.k.a Stress Cardiomyopathy.
2. I can't stand a sadism movie. Also violence. So i don't enjoy much of an action movie.
3. Many traffic lights and lift buttons are actually placebo buttons – in other words, they do nothing at all when pressed. They exist to give the presser the feeling of control. Haha.. We were fooled for all this time ya.
4. There were some times in a sunny day that i wished for rain, so people won't able to see the tears falling down from my eyes.

I have a confession to make again.
I'm a journal lover now.. and a collector.
And looks like this magz seller guy found out about it immediately when i saw a cute journal bonus on a magazine and i bought it immediately.
Now every time i look at his magz stall, it's always full of magazines-bonus-journal.
Krabby patty.
He is damn good. Good at stripping my purse.
My cupboard is already full with journals and most of them are still a virgin (read : i haven't spoil any ink on it yet). And i have one more coming on this February by pre-order.
This January already bought three and.. didn't have the heart to write on them.

I really love the sky at night at my family place at Serpong. Bushes and grasses are still surrounding it. So when i looked up at night, it feels so close. No houses or any other buildings which apart us. It's just me and the sky and stars and the moon. Makes me feel like i were in an open space and not in a city. It feels really great if i could sleep with the sky up on my head, no roof.

Hachiko? Nah..

This is a true story about a dog named Boncel. He was being left behind by its owner on a heavy rainy day in Jakarta on this 17th. The owner (a family consists of five person) were all gone and didn't know heavy rain were coming and will caused flood to their house. Boncel and Chiko (the other younger and new comer dog on the house) were the only occupant on the house at that time and were locked in their cage. When the flood coming and no one there that can save and unlocked them, Boncel were trying so hard to break their iron cage to escape the death. 

It was not an easy effort of course. Boncel and Chiko were locked in a double cage. So yeah, Boncel had to break two layer cage to escape. By the time the owner had come back home, they found Chiko already stay on the top of their sinking cage and Boncel were swimming for life and they found their cage was already broken. Nobody knows exactly how they can survive but from Boncel's gammy walk, looks like Boncel broke his nails to break the cage. Fyi, Boncel is about twelve or thirteen years old already, pretty old for a dog age, white fur can be seen on his body. Until now, Boncel is still shiver sometimes and pretty exhausted and very weak.

Seeing him is like.. seeing an old man, an old man in just a matter of time to die. An old man who fight for his life, and his not-so-close friend Chiko, even in his age and condition. I feel pity for him. Imagining how he feels and thoughts, seeing a new dog were being the main actor now and he's not able to compare the young man anymore to steal the owner's attention. It breaks my heart. It feels like Bruce Willis in Armageddon. Gosh! I've been watching movies too much! Though he doesn't like this charming guy that gonna steal his daughter but he still saves his life. Did boncel think, "I'm glad they had a new pet, so when i died they won't mourn for me and won't feel loss."

..I'm speechless. Speechless to see, even a dog like him were struggling so hard to save his life. It's really a shame to people who were not grateful for the life they had, while others were struggling so hard to survive. So yeah, from now on, whenever i feel down and feel like giving away my life, i'll remember Boncel. He is such a great lesson to me. And always remember, no matter how hard your life could be, you should struggle for it, the gift that God give to you and not others. Grateful for the life you have today. Maybe this is also one of the reasons i haven't adopt any pet yet, i can't barely imagine seeing them dying and die, even seeing their sickness and powerless could give me a heart break.

Fight for your life.. or at least, think it for the people you love and loves you.

This is this is this is my most fave scene from the whole movie! Love the song, the music, the beautiful view, sight seeing, landscapes and beautiful shoots and angles, the mood.. Haa~ It makes us feel the mood perfectly for a holiday and a trip and tempts you to join! Don't you think??

- Flirting with forty (2008)

Easy guys, this is not a porn movie lol. Entah kenapa posternya gitu. Padahal film nya lebih dari sekedar apa yang ditunjukan si poster. From Hawaii to Denver. Dan kalau dilihat-lihat, dari segi entah kepo or care nya, gue mirip teman-temannya Jackie ya yang mau banget sohibnya bahagia. Entah kenapa juga, this movie makes surfing looks so easy and.. you fill in the blank ;)

- This Christmas (2007)

Chris Brown nya masih unyu banget ya disini. Selalu suka film kayak gini. So American movie typical. Straight, to the point, and not made up. Beginilah memang nyatanya keluarga-keluarga diluar sana, ga selalu perfect dan harmonis like most movie showed us. Memang Christmas itu not always have to be perfect for everyone but there's always something wise and good behind it. Family comes first. Mau banget makan sama keluarga ramai-ramai kayak gitu.

- Sophie's Revenge (2009)

Yak kalau dilihat dari poster memang agak gak menarik. Zhang Ziyi gila banget aktingnya disini. Gue aja sebel ngelihatnya. Terlalu over and drama queen tuh karakter si Sophie. Tapi mungkin memang begitulah karakter wanita paska putus cinta and desperate. Dan yang bikin gue betah cuma satu. Peter Ho nya too good to be true bangettt. Andai karakter cowok seperti itu beneran ada di dunia nyata, saya mau order deh satu haha..

- Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011)

Suka bangettttt.. Film nya indah indah indah indah indah indah indah indah indah indah indah indah banget banget banget banget banget banget haha.. Words can't describe it. Yang terkenal lebih tepatnya yang gue kenal sih cuma Hritikh Roshan sama Katrina Kaif (Jab Tak Hai Jaan). I wanna have a road trip like this once in my life plis plis plis plisss haha #gila. Tapi beneran deh ya, ini film recommended abiss, meaningful! Buat yang mau merid or hidupnya cuma dihabiskan buat kerja or yang rindu akan sosok ayah :) This is the best bachelorette road trip movie ever! Hangover mah kelaut hehe..

I am a fan of Fish n Chips. I love the dory fish that served at Fish n Co. Now it's time to try the new fish in town, Manhattan Fish Market. They got particularly the same menu but Manhattan offers three different kind of fish to choose for the Fish n Chips. You can choose between Dory, Cherry Snapper, and Cod which is odd. I never try Cod fish before and wondered on how it taste would be. 

Apparently i didn't try the Cod and choose my fave Dory instead. I'm not that hungry so i ordered it small size. My friend ordered Cherry Snapper. I should be frankly speaking that i still love the Dory Fish n Chips they had on Fish n Co than here. And the Cherry Snapper are quite not suitable for a Fish n Chips. I also tried their new dessert, Caramel ice cream brownie. It really was my guilty pleasure. Ice cream, brownies and caramel blend in one and it was served uniquely, hot VS cold. I didn't finish it though, too full already.

A noodle lover like me would never missed this one. Bakmie Garing 21 is located just a couple blocks from Season city. The menu is averagely the same with other noodles vendor. Just some additional like pork meatball and suikiaw (which can be found easily in most noodles vendor now). Other thing like fried meatball and dumplings are common. I tried each of them except for the dumplings. I always curious about the taste of the additional. The unique about this place is they open til' 2 AM and always full of customers!

There are so many ramen vendors in Jakarta nowadays. Marutama ramen is one of it. Curiously trying its taste and craving for ramen, i went to one of its vendor at E'X plaza. I straightly ordered Karashi spicy pork ramen with egg and Tori Karaage i'm so damn hungry that time and my friend ordered Marutama Chicken ramen. Looks like the waiter mistaken the spicy ramen i ordered and got swapped with the non spicy ramen that my friend ordered. My friend got his ramen spicy and mine was not.

But i'm glad, the ramen soup was pretty addicting without its spicy taste. The soup is savory, fit, not too plain and not too bold, unlike Ikkousha's which is too bold and too oily. Though the egg here was too salty. So yeah, it has the perfect taste for ramen soup. I always got my tongue burn out almost everytime i eat ramen. But it was worth it. The service was pretty good too. They served me the extra chili without me asking. And yeah, Marutama is definitely on my number one fave ramen now.

Playground is a hangout place for youngsters on weekends. It's not too crowded in the afternoon. I prefer to sit near the window to see the sunlight, apparently it was cloudy. But i hate they allowed people to smoke freely here. I ordered spicy Aglio Olio with extra mushrooms and Lychee ice tea. My friend ordered Ribs soup. My Aglio Olio went too damn spicy, it got me shed tears! Though the mushrooms were deliciously juicy and chewy. The lychee ice tea got too much ice, i've got to put out some. The ribs soup was nice but they put too much bones than the ribs' meat itself. The interior were designed by its name. They put toys and swing chairs. Creative indeed.

Flavor Bliss Alam Sutera is on the rise. They have so many kick off food place, resto, cafe and lounge on the ground. Vintage Wine & Grill is one of them that provide live band every Friday and Saturday now i sounds like their marketing staff. As its name, wine and drinks are their speciality but we're not in the mood for alcohols so we didn't order any of it. Just a normal drink. I ordered Shirley Temple and my friend ordered Lime soda ice, also fish n chips for our snack. The fish n chips is not recommended. Too plain. My drink was okay but the lime soda was way too sour.

Don't expect a non-smoking area here. The place is quite spacious which is good and they got second floor bar which had the view of 1st floor and the stage as well. The service was quite bad. It's kinda hard to ask for the menu and order here. The waiters were very hard to be called and you've got to wait a long time for your orders to come (probably it was new year's eve and they got too crowded). For the bad fish n chips and not too good drinks, i think this place is way too expensive.

How do you all been doing? How's your new year's eve? Was it memorable? Fantastic? How's your first day of 2013? Well i would be super excited to know the story of each of you had but that would be on my other chapter ;) Whatever it is, i hope you guys had a nice one. Though it's just a couple of days, i miss my blog so much already.

For me it's been.. full of my firsts. And what i should know and realize is.. Atashi wa hitori janai, i'm not alone. From the very start. I thought i always walk alone for all this time. But then i realized on the last day of 2012, people who loves me, they never leave and never forget my presence which i thought they were, though we don't spend time together much anymore. And i thank God for having them in my life.

...This one might make it to my own Guinness world record book. First day of the year and i already made two persons cried because of me. F*ck.. Am i that bad? That evil? ...An asshole? Perhaps i am. I know i can't be a perfect person but evil..? Sigh.. This is not something i wanted. So i say sorry once again.. and again. I didn't mean to. Really. Sorry if i hurt your heart. I'd rather be the one crying than make others crying. Hope this won't change anything in our relationship.

It will be a busy year for me. At least that's what i plan it to be fingers crossed. No sit back, no more play, and no more comfort zone. I hope i hope and i hope.. We all hope, everything that would happen this year will make us a better person and also a better life than last year. More importantly, whichever steps and paths that we take, may God always be with us. I wish you all happiness for sure!

I've been too greedy this time. I bought an half gallon bucket which is the biggest size Caramel Praline Cheese Cake of Baskin Robin's. Apparently, it's not exactly the flavor that i've been craving for. It supposed to be Pralines and Cream flavor. Duh. For all this time i always thought my fave flavor is Caramel Praline Cheese Cake and ordered it that way. Probably the waiter mistaken it for Pralines and Cream. And now when i really ordered Caramel Praline Cheese Cake, i hate it --" the cheese cake taste is too strong, in this case i'm not a fan of cheese so that would be unfortunate for me. Okay it's a lesson for me. Last time i decided to buy an half gallon because i think it was so hard to get this flavor. I don't have any idea on how i should finish it :|
