Girls day out / F*ck Ida day

Haha in fact i don't wanna mention her name anymore but maybe i have to.

It's our independence day! Not our country's but it's ours! Whenever it's my girls' day out, then it's our independence day. And yeah, it's only us three, Hera, Shiela and me. plus my sis for being the driver. It's a long story for only us three gathered here today. Probably it's our fate for not adding anymore member to our gang. But it's okay. Although it's only us three but it's still a fabulous day to celebrate Shiela's birthday, girls'-self-pamper-time and also cursing Ida. Lol.

Starting the day, we straight going to Rumah Cantik Citra which is located on Tebet, South Jakarta, to pamper ourselves after our hard-day yesterday.

My therapist scrubbed me too damn hard that caused all red on my skin! And i feel like i'm being a pig getting rolled back and forth haha.. After pampared and feel all freshened, we decided to have lunch at Birdcage which is located on 9th Wijaya street, South Jakarta. Too bad, the famous 3rd floor and the cozy bar 2nd floor of it were closed, so we have to take a seat at the 1st floor coffee house.

It's dark soon and we're off to had a nice hang out and also the end of our trip at Eatology, quite a new Eastern-European resto that just opened at Sabang, Central Jakarta. We're having a day out again real soon i wish and both of them said that i'm getting fatter! Arghh! The 10 times a month having dimsum were getting its result! Haha.. But maybe i'm not gonna taking any diets, i can't resist dimsum! And fried kwetiau! And seafood! And Pasta de Waraku! And Kopitiam! And and.. haha.. This has no end.

Manon-ing

Happy bornday my dear bestfriend Shiela!

Today i went to Kelapa Gading area for some matters. And of course! I wouldn't miss this chance to visit the famous macaron shop in town! Manon. It's sounds a bit weird, yes, but nevermind, the owner must have a reason for naming it. Intended to try some of the macarons there and also buy some as a gift for Shiela's birthday, i started to look for the shop and got lost a lil' bit. And yes, my curiosity for all this time has been paid. The shop is my dreamy cake and chocolate shop. The ambience is cozy. I imagined the ambience of Manon when it's christmas and it's night time, christmas songs were played and it spatter outside. Wuow.. I can't barely hold my breath for the excitement of loving the ambience. (>̯⌣<)

The Power of Make Up

This afternoon i attended a beauty class at North Jakarta. I never like apply lots of products of make up to my face, such as foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, fake eyelashes etc. Maybe i ever used it couple of times but now, not anymore. I can't barely stand using basic make up for daily use, i feel pity for my face's skin! And today i learned the way to apply real make up that usually used by lots of pretty woman out there, also the first time for me using eyelash flops! And DUH.. It had so many layers and steps making me confused! But the results never lie. I looked like the korean girl on the cover of the makeup's brochure no lie. My friends told me so too. I'm proud i can do it all by myself! With the help of the beauty teacher of course. Eventhough it makes me look prettier, still, i don't like to use it regularly and full layers. I'm amazed by most girls who can do it smoothly.

I like what the coach said, "make makeup your second skin, not your mask."


Can i become the model of the makeup now? ;P

Rush Hour

I never like traveling to a country on their winter time, except i have someone to gimme warmth there.

That's a cheesy aliby. I still goin' there though.

Hmm.. What should i say.. 5 days.. Yea.. 5 days without music was like.. A year without sunshine. Why am i being so damn cheesy here? It's true. I never had the time, for at least 5 minutes to have a deep thought, lost in my own empty mind with accompaniment of my playlist. But that's okay, i enjoy my trip this time. All of the member of my group were all nice and friendly, thank God. Perhaps because i don't spent much time with my relatives for a couple of weeks, it felt like they're all my family on that 5 days. So that's what made me missed them so much as soon as they left Soekarno-Hatta Airport on the 5th day. Five days weren't enough! I'm really not willing to let 'em go, i still want to spend more days with 'em, with Shera, it's nice to had a fun chat every night after our hard working day. Gosh, did i sound like a loner? There's only one thing that made me don't wanna stay longer, it was the f*cking cold weather i can't stand!
